Fine Dust?
Crafting fine dust seems really tedious, is there a place that drops this?

Elemental Areas unlocked after Thunder Tower you will be swimming in the stuff farming one of those.

I just powered through the final Tower boss and started dropping dust in the new zones, thank you!

A what level of what magic lets you craft Fine Dust? I cannot seem to beat the Thunder tower unless I upgrade some gear that needs fine dust.

Today's patch incerased the required alchemy level to 29.
