Cloth/wool? - am i missing something?

Been playing for a bit now and unlocked several things but very early on, i had the ability to craft items that required cloth, and to this point, ive yet to see wool anywhere in the game.

Has anybody else gotten wool yet? if so, how/where?

Im hoping i havent just missed something so stupidly obvious but i cant count myself out lol.

EDIT ----- NEVERMIND-------
And just as i posted this, i realized that i hadnt done much basement exploring. level 2 first mob was.... a sheep. LOL

After 3 lvl basement you can unlock wool farm.

You can also get wool in Lvl 2 Basement from the Angry Sheep
