List of Add on's ( will update )
soo far playing this game i enjoy it as a past time there are a few things i kinda wish would be added just to give abit of understanding and context

1# Lines on the Apprentices for FULL SCREEN users soo we can see what we are clicking at

2# Research i would love a total per sec on what you have...set up soo you can see a number.....like if you have 20 in one slot and 3 in everything else shows each number total per sec

3# Explain what stays and what does not stays after a Retirement

4# on mana regen show the negative thats being used via Apprentices (+200) -150 = +50
its more complex but it gives you a general idea's

5# Auto passive of at least +1 on all res on a building that is upgrade-able
at least giving you a starting point for new player's

6# more Details on what Elements give and what they don't give on Retirement screen

7# link accounts too PC version too phone version

UPDATED 4/5/2023

i would enjoy it if the dev would talk about it

Few notes from me.

#1 is already implemented in beta. You can probably expect a patch for non-beta users in the next few days.

3# I thought the text in "Retirement" screen explains this pretty well. You keep unlocked schools and elements, bonuses from storyline events and you get a bonus multipliers to research, loot and production based on your MPLs. All other stuff, like inventory, buildings, upgrades, researchers etc. is not mentioned here so it resets on retirement. Not sure what else you expect here.

4# mana used by apprentices is only approximate. E.g. if you have an evocation spell automated by apprentices it won't be cast while you are not exploring, you are in-between fights or you died and you are recovering. I'd rather have precise mana regen on the mana bar, and approximate consumption in apprentices screen than having two approximations instead.

5# I kinda get what you mean but there are other ways to make starting a new retirement faster. There are storyline rewards and buildings that help with that.

6* I guess it makes sense but people vastly overestimate how much choosing a specific element changes. Basically it boils down to having a bit different evocation spells, and some conjuration/illusion spells have half mana price(e.g. conjure water is cheaper if you are using water element). Also, it's a part of discovering the game yourself.

Thanks for the suggestions!

1. This should be coming out in the next few days.
2. I have a card that is relevant to this, about making schools expandable in this section, where it would show this type of information.
3. Agree with wiedmolol.bul, curious what is it that is missing? There is also a Retirement section in Help.
4. Also agree with wiedmolol.bul here, it feels like this would be more confusing. Also curious here, why do you feel you need this feature?
5. There are Storylines that unlock that help you with this to various extents. Are they not enough? How far have you gotten?
6. Some of it is related to discovery, but there isn't really much difference between the elements. There is a brief explanation in the in-game Help section for Spells. Overall none of the elements should really be a bad decision.
7. I have this down as a feature I want to build at some point, but given it'd require having a server with an account system I haven't gotten to it yet.

I appreciate the feedback! If you have further feedback though, please don't edit the post as I'd have no way to know you've done so. The best way is probably to join the official Discord (there is a link in-game) which I monitor much more actively.

Maybe I'm wrong and the OP means something else, but the way I understand it, and the way I would like to see it myself is this:

When you set apprentices on a task it uses up as they say 150 of your 200 mps (mana per second). As it is right now, that isn't reflected on our mana bar and we see us having full access to our mps.

This can cause issues where you manually use a spell when that mana was needed for something like 'Enchant Mana Spouts/Geysers' or 'Physical Augment'. (I'm using these cuz this is where I've had issues, earlier on and in combat.)

(Just to give you an idea where I'm at: I've unlocked the Living Forest Grove and in the around lvl 20 with Conj, Ench, Illu, Alch, Evo, Prot, 24.5 Global Research, and 1.81x Global Production, with 6 Retirements under my belt, so I'm not super far along...I think?)

What I would like to see is that when we set apprentices on a task it actually subtracts from our mps, so instead of still seeing 200mps, we'd get our actual free usable mps as 50mps. This would make our mana bar at the bottom accurately reflect how much mana we have to use on spells and not interfere with what we have set up with apprentices.

What it feels like at the moment is that I'm fighting with my apprentices instead of them working along side me and aiding me. This would also allow me to better judge the risks associated with assigning apprentices.

Like do I want to use up most of my mps and risk having a very slow trickle of mps that I can use to react to things or should I hold back a bit and give myself more free mps to be able to react with?

My own suggestions:

1) I'd like to be able to pin the Gather bits to the Favorites under Cast Spell, or see an option to make the Gather section stay on top while the various sections under it (mana, production, storage, etc) can still be scrolled.

2) Is there a reason why the Events takes up an entire section, especially the 'Finished' ones? I'd like to see the Ongoing and especially the Finished events be under a drop-down menu sort of thing like when you open up any of the spells to see more information about them. I basically never look at completed events and since it doesn't keep track of them all anyway (eventually clearing the oldest ones when a newer one is finished), I don't really see the need for it to take up so much space.

3) I don't know how possible or difficult it would be, but in favor of freeing up some screen space and give that freed up space to more information, my suggestion here is this: Instead of having each section (campus, research, apprentices, etc) each have their own row, turn them into just the icons and have 3 or 4, or maybe even 5 (though I think that could feel cramped) per row.

That way they'd take up 3-4 rows, have that section 'pinned' (like the 'Current Goal' is) and allow the other parts under it scroll. This allows for the player to always have access to the sections of the game, while able to keep an eye on other stat aspects of the game.

I think the icons you use for the various menus are pretty clear and easy to understand, which is why I think this could work out fairly well.

4) This is in regards to the sections Speed up time, Resources, Schools, etc. It would be helpful if, at least to me, to be able to 'open' or 'close' these, similar to how we do with the various spells. This way it's a lot easier to keep track of the various stats I'm focusing on (I almost never look at the combat section and the schools I only look at occasionally, usually after I get back from work, and even then I usually go to the Research area and Stats for the school info).
