So python isnt enough for this?
- yarn/npm
- js (react, modx, mb some ui libs),
- html (css,scss),
- any backend language like java/c#/python (if you want to use python, you need check what is "flask")
- any db, for projects like this, i think "sqlLite" enough

if you REally want to try in programming, try to play "bitburner"
though bitburner IS a lot of fun I would recommend CodelandMMORPG as bitburner only teaches you scripting (in all reality) whereas codeland actually teaches you how to code farming bots in a RPG-like setting... I won't deny it's a daunting game if you know nothing about coding though; as the game basically tells you to rip coding from others and hardly TEACHES you anything.... bitburner is a bit more helpfull when it comes to that.
in "bitburner" not only scenarios, but also flow control, playing on the stock exchange, fulfilling contracts (in which there are a lot of different tasks), I think you just played a little, so a ton of content opens after 500+ hours
in my 1k hours, i only tried 20-30% of all content

I'm not trying to rag on bitburner and I have played it a lot.... but it's not "attack this enemy only if you're low on hp then cast an inversion spell and start soaking all of his projectiles whilst not touching any walls then cast reflect once at full hp but ONLY reflect his fire spells" kind of dynamic coding....
