I did the same, While it feels wrong to be abandoned on a planet, I didn't want to be cruel and abandon him instead. That said, the only option I had was to jump to my doom afterwards. I wonder If there was somthing else I could have done instead. The problem is I can no longer go back and see the other ending or try anything else because pressing continue just dumps me to the credits. Oh well.

I swapped because the way radiotalk sounded like they planned to purge the only survivor just in case. So, I was expecting a bullet in my face but acted first. If I did knew I would walk away.

I opted to stay on the planet. After seeing what the combination effect did to the original three, and well... not believing I had the right to literally steal another person's body to escape. I would rather Die As Myself, to steal a tvtrope.

I thought about it for about 5 seconds and hit [E]. In the end you are effectively committing murder if you swap, and for what? You aren't even saving yourself, because after you swapped YOU wouldn't be YOU any longer. IMO the end is a choice between two deaths.

I stayed on the planet because I found the watchers fascinating and wanted to see if there was more (I missed the secret room so I had gaps in my log. I feel so... incomplete). That last dialogue was worth it, I think.

I swapped because I was hoping the game would continue with us getting back to Earth where I'd swap with the entire population and we'd run around the planet in a straight line like a bunch of swapping loons!

am i the only one who swapped...? i feel so bad... I played the game an entire night and finished it madly by morning and i was really tired and i just wanted to leave the thing, the entire planet and so clicked....and i even felt bad about it....
there are some spoilers i know with the alternative ending that are interesting enough.... you all should play the game again to see the other ending....there is something strange that happens at the end that makes you think about it even more after you have finished the game...

i wont type it though...maybe youtube it if you are too curious...

I chose to swap/combine. Nobody would truly die, in the sense that information is not lost, so I wouldn't call it murder. I hoped my will was stronger than his, so that most of the time I would control the resulting organism.

since i jumped i dont know if you could move after you swapped to him....i doubt it somehow but feel free to test it out :)
