How to Downsample for better IQ/AA!

Finally figured out how to downsample with The Swapper!!!

2014-11-03 00:34:21.304: Detected desktop resolution - 3200 x 1800
2014-11-03 00:34:21.318: Detected desktop resolution - 3200 x 1800
2014-11-03 00:34:21.318: Rebuilding backbuffer FBO - 3200x1800
2014-11-03 00:34:21.336: Reconstructing renderer textures - 3200 x 1800

Instructions:

Set desired resolution as desktop resolution
Reset your Video Drivers by disabling the GPU and re-enabling it in Device manager.
Launch The Swapper
Go into the settings and change the resolution to your desktop resolution (As it will still be at your previous desktop resolution. Mine was 1600x900)

Mine is an old samsung monitor with native res of 1600x900. I have tried downsampling my nvidia card but the option never shows up in game menu. Like the swapper, the witcher, arkham city etc etc . And also the custom resolution never shows up in screen resolution menu in windows. If i want to set the custom resolution, i have to go the nvidia control panel.

My card in nvidia gtx 770 and i have followed the downsampling procedure word to word.

Where am i going wrong ?

Plz help. :)
