Sluggish Performance
Hi All,

I know this has probably been covered already but what can I do about sluggish performance in-game? My computer system is quite new which the latest i5 processor and a Sapphire HD 7950 Vapor-X OC 3GB GDDR5 video card but still Cities XL Platinum is sluggish.

Nothing, it's a bug in the game. A bug that already existed since Cities XL 2010. They will not fix it.

When it gets too bad, exit the game and reload. It makes things better... for a while. Repeat as needed!

i have amd 1090t with ati hd 6870 1gb and it runs pretty good.

so, how much system memory do you have?

what else is running?

how big and/or complex is your city?

what are your video/game settings?
