my business hotels just wont build itself up i have public transport around the business hotels but nothing happens

Same thing is happening to me. I was going along well and then all my offices started going out of business because of no business hotels. I place the hotel right in front of a bus stop, yet nothing happens; just a sign appears on the plot to say "this terrain for sale." I speed up the game and wait, but then i go bankrupt because all the offices closed.
