Ragnarok Online 2

Warrior or Knight?
I started out a new character which is a Swordsman, and I don't know which route to take. SHould I take the Warior or the Knight? What is the difference between the two?

Largely they are the same as all I see them do in dungeons is spam magnum break and provoke everything. #tankitwithyourface

You can of course see the skills in game, too. There are no other differences besides weapon, and that's Aura sword+shield or Greatsword. Warriors wear chain and knights wear plate, but the stats are the same.

Knights have a party defense buff, while warriors can tank just as well. Greatswords are slightly higher dps than swords (like 12.5), but shields offer a huge defense boost. Swords are a little faster, for whatever that counts (faster animation has it's advantages.)

I hate to state the obvious conclusion, because it really oversimplifies things, but knights are more defensive and warriors are more damaging. But either can do great as either dps or tank.

thank you for the info ^^ I might as well go with Knight because I'm not fond of slow weapons (been addicted to playing rogue classes in mmorpgs). And having a shield is advantagous in many ways I suppose.

If you are a knight you wont be quicker [ attacking ] it will be the same, in my opinion warrior is better you have a lot of heal and cause a lot of damage, and also your character looks awesome hehe.
