Can't change class

Hey there. I have a problem: After finishing als the necessary quests for changing my Archer to Ranger (I already got the Resistance Bow) I can't change to Ranger. In addition I should say that i, too, tried to do the "Change-to-Beastmaster"-quests and also got the Resistance Spear. Now I can't change to either of those two class. Is there a way for me to do so?

I suspect this could be the sticking point:

After passing the test, you will redirected to the Ranger Master to change your job. He will check whether you have consumed all of skill points and ask you to remove your falcon.

So hit "T" and spend all your skill points and try again.

If that is not an issue, you might want to contact a GM.

thx for the fast help...i indeed forgot to spend one last skill point (do i have to spend all stat points, too?). Spending the skill point didn't help and the guide is for RO not for RO2.

edit: Spending the stat points didn't work either

No, you don't need to spend all your points to get to pick your class, do you have a picture of the character you talk to btw? cuz they should give you the "change class" option when you talk to them again after you complete the quest chain

Well now that's pretty weird, I'd say your only option now is what Leng Spider said and open a ticket (dunno how the game system works) to contact a GM and get your problem sorted out. I'd like to try and say something else but I haven't leveled an Archer nor had problems with the class change.
