RHD gives you usually a few blue equips and the OBBs from the last boss may net you a random equipment as well (I think RHD equips are hit/vigor/haste for the most part and OBB dodge/parry... dont quote me on this just feels that way.)
after you get full RHD you can head to normal baphomet and PVE for epic (purple) equipment. After you get a few pieces and are familar with the runs you can do bapho hard and pve hard.
Also inbetween do colliseum as colliseum gear is quite good.
Alternatively you can pick up lvl 50 epic/purple craft equipment as well and make or have them made.
Also farm Scratch thief if you a melee... er... i dont have magic chars beside a low sorc but poisona cards arent really "farmable" when compared to scratch thief.
You also may want to invest into a few hp oriented things like runes or cards to hit the HP cap for the higher end dungeons. (5.5k is ideal for dps about 7.1k for tanks min is usually 5k and 6.7kish)
Game is pretty linear for equipment progression you shouldnt have much issues if you just do quests and do the dungeon quests that come along.
