are monks any good?

Apparently it's a difficult class to play and not easily accepted in parties. If this is your first caracter, I don't recommend going Monk. However I never played one, I'm only repeating what I heard ingame.

Please note that monks cannot heal.

Always Accepted into Partys
im a Punching Bag, just make sure you put your Skill points in the Right Skills

I just got my Monk to 27 and its been fun. I'm a dps/tank hybrid and have had no problem joining partys. Yeah you loose heal which in this game sucks balls but you gain a bad ass combo tank. It was my fav class in RO1 way different in RO2.

And im 41 INT 41 STR having 1352 Attack power with crappy level 45 gear.

once i have level 50 gear. things will be totally different. probably put me up to around 1.6k AP
