1. If I buy the Storage slot expansion from Kafra is it account wide for current and future toons or just the toon you bought it on?
2. Where do you get Leviathan scale from?
3. Where do the lvl 25 vendor armor tokens come from?

If I remember correctly, Kafra Storage is not shared between characters so basing off of that, I guess you can assume that the storage expansion item is only for one character.

1) as far as I know storage is for each character since the bank isnt shared with your account (correct me if im wrong)
2) temple of seagod boss Leviathan.
3) Quests. in dungeons like temple of seagod gives you armor top/bottom vendor token to exchange to blue lvl 25 armor. In Izlude cave you can get the weapon token. there will be more tokens on higher level too.

Ugh I'll just make a mule character then; cheaper then paying 10$ for ONE toon. I like this game but it needs some serious cosmetic facelifts: Either shared storage or purchased increase for storage across the WHOLE account / Better LFG system / Mail more then 1 item at a time / monk sphere's that actually float around me and don't have a timer like RO1 / etc.
