How to login with existing WarpPortal/Ragnarok Online II account?

Steam accounts and WarpPortal accounts are intended to be separate, but both will play together in the same servers.

I mean with launching the game...all I get is register. I already have a WarpPortal account from ROSE Online

in your steam folder there is a RO2Client.exe just open that then you will skip the register game.

It's kinda bogus how there isn't an official fix for this yet. Really a bummer...

"Bypass it. Hopefully I'm not wrong on the file names since I'm not at my desktop right now.

Rename "WPLauncher.exe" to "Backup_WPLauncher.exe".

Then Rename "RO2Client.exe" to "WPLauncher.exe"."

if they wanted the accounts seperated then they should have gotten there systems working.

I appreciate the help you two, but apparently the official guy is saying the same thing. Congrats Gravity, for a game you've been working on for many years, you have made it its own downfall without a simple fix. I'm uninstalling and I'm out.

Guess the best way is not to play it on steam just download the client from the website.

you're always forced to make an account it doens't give the option to login at all, you have to access the game file directly to play.

I have the same problem. I played in the beta and I do have the separate client (along with an account that I've purchased 'stuff' on for RO2); however, I love STEAM. So I wanted to run the game through STEAM so I could show off my RAGNAROKONLINE2:LEGENDOFTHESECONDness. Now I can't show off my RAGNAROKONLINE2:LEGENDOFTHESECONDness, and I am disappoint. No one will ever know that I am now playing RAGNAROKONLINE2:LEGENDOFTHESECONDness.

I am experiencing this issue as well... Perhaps by chiming in, they'll notice and try to fix the damn thing... I used to play this a bit a few years ago and now it won't allow me to even start the game without registering a new account... There's a ridiculous splash screen when I run the game through steam which demands that I register, without the option to simply log in... Rectify this please, Gravity Interactive Corporation.
