Ragnarok Online 2

Looking For Info
I get a lot of issues asking for this, mainly being told to google it. I played WoW for years, I play ESO, RS, and handfulls of other MMOs. I've looked like crazy for this and I'm just hoping someone can get me some better results. Maybe I'm just typing in the wrong things?

  • Database
  • Dungeon/Raid Information, layouts and boss details
  • Addons/Mods for the UI, DPS Meters, etc.
  • PLvling/Leveling/Class/Build guides
  • AH(Auction House)/Crafting/Prices

There are more to be asked, but for now these are the majorities. I get that a lot of people played RO1, and maybe it's just a new format to items, quests and all for them... I didn't play that though. Worse, all the info I find for RO2 is either Beta, last year, outdated, or unreliable. By this I mean, a database has no info on mob drops, items, etc. Guides don't include things like cards, armor and stats, the AH, and/or even crafting. Don't even get me started on price checks.

I can grind out quests just fine, I can AoE grind out even easier, or sit back and heal. Hell I can't even find info for macros. For those who don't know what macros are...

So if anyone has some actually reliable information it'd be nice. I'd rather not have to go back to days of making my own spreadsheets of quests, rewards, dungeons and so on... As I said previously, I have looked around for info. None of what I've found is even worth the page it's on. So should I give up and start making my spreadsheets, or am I missing something?

One question I do want to know, on the server I play on. Freya - Channel 1.. Is it common for prices to be so extreme? I've seen green cards for lvl 30s (not masters) go for 300z+ also is there anyway to get items like yarn or anvil without paying any form of currency? I mean it's more expensive to make a potion then to buy one. That just doesn't make sense to me, maybe it's just me, but do any mobs even drop potions for health or mana? I've never gotten one yet and I have 2 lvl 26s (not masters.)

Thanks in advance.

Here's a guide that I've been working on about basic things for Master Levels, locations of mobs, mobs drops and a few other things.

This is a site that I used a while back.

Powerleveling, you must be within 5-6 levels of the enemy to gain exp. With the 200% exp event right now, you can get to level 50 within a few hours, depending the person's method of boosting someone. If you're not one for boosting/powerleveling, you can run through the storyline but this will in fact take longer to do. Make sure to do the exp khara when they are available to get a little exp bonus.

You can modify the UI of the game, Gravity said that it was allowed.

There are hardly any useful class builds available since VoA came out. It's like everything was thrown out the window when this update was released a year ago.

Let's discuss Marco's.

Now, about the Auction House (Auction Service's) prices. Players are a bit greedy in there, but most of the prices are in there correctly. For example, the costumes. Half of them, there's only like 8 pages of costumes on Freyja but still, are crazy expensive because of the rune slots. Depending on the number of rune slots and/or if they are punched and seeded or not, will determine the price of the costume. The cards from player vendors are just crazy. I just grind the mobs until they drop the card I'm looking for. I understand that the AH prices are not what most of the newest players can afford to get, but you'll be able to gain large sums of zeny from farming from the Condors or Mukas in Dayr Desert when you reach Master Level.

The mobs do in fact drop SP(Blue) and HP(Red) (I, II, III, IV, V, VI) potions. They are pretty common for the mobs to drop. As for the yarn, if you are a Artisan, you skin the enemies (depends on the enemies) and collect craftable items items from them. Like Silk, Fur, Thread, you get my point right? Anvils are for crafting as a Blacksmith, you have two opinions. Buying from a player that bought the anvils or you buy them from the Blacksmith themselves.

I've played all of the 12 classes available and they are all Master Level. So if you need advice or assistance, you can contact in-game if I'm online.

• Freyja - VanishSky
