Guild Battle Skill - Additional Allowance

the skill 'additional allowance'

is that work only in WoE ?
is that only work for guild exp or is that work for each members' own exp ?
and about other guild battle skill, is that only can use in WoE ?

The book can only be found inside of WoE, the sheep drop the books.

Additioal Allowance works for every mob.

Thanks Senpai .. i got it from the sheep and i have used it.
but i m not sure if it work outside of woe. that's why i ask :D
so even the guild member donate rate is 0% they can earn addition exp to them .. not to the guild exp.
am i right ? because the skill did explain well.

The skill books extra exp per kill.

This skill is for the entrie guild so anyone inside will receive the boost. And this work everywhere, not just WoE.
