So. I have all the requirements that I need to become a C Rank ML except for finishing a certain quest that I need which is wind elixir 1000% concentrate quest and I cant seem to find.
So, how or where can I start doing this quest?

As a knight i had to accept the quest by gilgamesh, master yeon, and finally a knight in prontera but i was warped only whit yeoon (or watever it's written), so try to go where you became a rogue and see if there is a exclamation mark around

I didn't see any exclamation point in pronterra except the wanted list board quest and zeras hyperion quests
