How do I disable the message spam at the top of the screen?

I'm going mad by the constant never ending popup going 'Mrdoofus has succeded[lol] in his piece of cra p gear refine from lvl 18->19!" and "legolasorzapzap opened up a box of whatever-the-fuc".
As if I give a sh!t!

dunno, maybe old dev team wanted us to see how everyone else p2w items get more and more op.

Now that WP took over development we should ask to add this and then they can add it once they got this bug fix period done.

It's an asian thing in gaming, bragging rights I guess. Removing the flashing ♥♥♥♥♥♥ words at the top will never happen. It's in nearly every game from Asia. And yes, it IS the MOST annoying thing in every game they make. Black Desert Online has it. almost every game from Aeria games that is a mmorpg has it, to name a few. The only way it'll ever stop is if someone who can translate goes overseas and makes a huge speech regarding how retarded that feature is in ANYTHING.
TIP: Want bragging rights? Go kill some players with your new found power.

Hell...if you just want to see words on your screen for NO REASON at all just use this alternative. Opt open world dueling: Spam a message when actual pvp duels occur between players IN THAT ZONE ONLY saying "x player challenged x player to a duel at this *location here* the fight starts in 2 minutes" then everyone in the zone could come and watch if they wanted and follow it up with "x player vanquished player x" when one of them is defeated or w/e, that way at least the playerbase would find some use out of that. And could organize specific zones themselves for which to pvp eachother in.
Not a single person in the damn world gives two ♥♥♥♥♥ that xxGiggleGomerxx just upgraded their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ weapon +12. NOBODY.
As it is, It shouldn't be a message that spams every single player. If anything it would cause the entire game to slow the ♥♥♥♥ down because the system has to send those messages to each and every player draining a resource that is completely a waste of programming.

And lastly...how bout just an option to turn that ♥♥♥♥ off in the settings? That right there <<< is simple programming at it's finest and I'm certain that any clown with a 3 month internet degree in coding could add in. Dont get me wrong, I love anime style games/cartoons/manga from Asia. I just hate that one feature and it can be a game ruiner for me.
