I've already changed my password by the website but i keep reaciving the messege that the password are incorrect. And theres no login screen or anything

ive had this game for 6 months, never even been 'ON' the game. first the launcher wouldnt work, then the game wouldnt start, then the window was screwy, now it cant connect to server.
uninstalled now.

"Cannot connect to server. Please try again later."

I've been seeing this for months, and can't get into the game. Support requests need some mysterious secondary "support account" that isn't related to the main game account. No idea how to do that. Why do I get this? Any ideas? The error literally says nothing other then that in the quotes up top.

The servers a still up and playable not a lot of people maybe 30 at most, last time I played it was October 5th.

I registered a support account with the same name and managed to create a ticket - it seems that you need such account for ticket system.
Waiting for reply how they can help me with resetting passwords or whatever the problem is - because I tried the stand alone application - since I had account before Steam and in Steam - and I can't login into both accounts though I remember pass. I'm surprised they don't have password reset button in login window.

Did it solve your issue? Was the ticket serviced? I think it's them who need the separate system. Not me. Not anymore, now that I can be bothered no longer. :D
