Please help me

When I try to play the game, I get a notification in "CFG Not found!!!" I also get a notification in French along the lines of "card not 3D compatable," but i have a Radeon HD 7450 graphics card and that should work. I have gone into my settings and tweaked my graphics card 3D displays, but still to no avail. Is it possible to fix this problem without having to buy a new graphics card?

Can you please tell me if you can launch the "options video" program (instead of the game exe when using the steam launcher) and if it works? Can you then check if the file general.cfg is existing in the "C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\Documents\Storm Saves" directory?

When I try the "options video" thing, I get the same results. I also do not have a Storm Saves file in my computer. Could this be the problem?

Hello, it seems that our video option program may have some difficulties to save the file general.cfg. Your graphic card is ok and the problem should come from something bad with windows. Can you give us more information about your system, for example are you using anything special with your Users directory (maybe a network drive or a shorcut)?

Im acutally running windows 8, but other than that nothing is out of the ordinary with my Users Directory. Where can I find the patch that you mentioned earlier? By the way, thank you for helping me out with this problem, I really appreciate it!

Hello, to apply the patch just update the game with steam (it is very small and will be very fast).

Is that when launching the game? What do you have when you launch video option program?

Yes that is when I attempt to play the game. When I launch the Video Option program, I recieve a message saying "Impossible de trouver une carte 3D comptatible."

It says that the app cannot run on my computer and windows safe screen is preventing me from running it due to my computer being "at risk."

I am getting the same exact error. In my case, I have Steam installed on my D: drive, as my C: drive is an SSD with little space. The first time I tried playing, I got the same error, and I could see it was looking for a config file on my C: drive. I tried a few things to no avail, so finally I setup a steam library on my C: drive just to see if it would work. Nope. I'm guessing, if the config file were instead just written to the Steam directories, it wouldn't be a problem. Any assistance with this problem would be appreciated.
