You should go look at the crashlog. It's probably at yourprofile/savedgames/nightdive studios/Quake.

- Check crashlog.
- Update videocard drivers.
- Make sure your videocard meets minimum requirements(basically if it supports Vulkan).
- If it's not force D3D11 with launch option "+r_rhirenderfamily d3d11".

Windows 11 runs this game easily

Is a new laptop, windows 11 new, Intel I7 12 gen an integrated grafics.
There are no saved games becauses never run in this new computer.
