The problem is the Screen Recorder doesn't even record the whole screen, it only "records" the frames where the game has the Pause Menu open, and in the event that doesn't occur it's the frame where I tab out to OBS to begin recording rip
I generally always use Display Capture, as I seem to get the least amount of recording issues on this capture mode.
Try starting obs as admin?
I know a fair bit about OBS. So you can try messaging me directly for more in-depth troubleshooting with OBS if you'd like to.
Display Captures and Quakespasm together cause the screen to constantly flicker black until either Quake or OBS is closed, and even then Quake is left ♥♥♥♥♥♥ till I restart it.
Game Capture gets the Audio but no video when I run it in a window and capture the specific window.
Might do tests on Fullscreen but Display Capture terrifies and confuses me.
Yah thats what causes the aforementioned black flashing
