Running Arcane Dimensions on Fitzquake Mark V?

I've recently been using he Winquake(software) version of Fitzquake Mark V and I'm wondering how I can run Arcane Dimensions on it.

What does the Arcane Dimensions readme say?

The only other engine you can run Arcane Dimensions on properly is Darkplaces but even then you need some sort of special version of it made for AC.

With that said, does anyone know how to adjust packet or buffer size in Quakespasm so I can play AD coop without the game having a seizure?
