Quake
.mvd demo players?
I believe EZQuake can play these, are there any other source ports that can also play these?

Are these basically multiple .qwd files packed together, where you can have much of the information duplicated? For example, 2 players witness the same set of events (both in the same room) if just packed together it'll record those events twice.

Can't even find any for download to test it out. Any specs on the .mvd files?

I think you can play MVD files with any Quakworld client. Not tested it myself, havent used anything other than EZQuake since about 2011 and prior to that I used fuhQuake. If you dont like EZQuake you could maybe try FTE. http://fte.triptohell.info/

Gravedigging here... Install Ezquake and it will ask to associate mvd files, then just double click the mvd.
