Episode 4
On hard (skill 2) episode 4 is the most difficult, by far. Often low on ammo, and end up saving every few minutes. Quake 2 on hard is a cake walk, never die and never low on ammo, and nothing particulary dangerous, such as fiends and spawns.

No rocket launcher until the 2nd to last map of the episode?
