Hello there:
Game comes with no audio (Steam version) you can get the music @ gog dot com, and the crosshair size must be in quakespasm documents or texts.
Cheers!

Since you're using Quakespasm (I think), try changing the value of the console variable scr_crosshairscale. Values larger than 1 should give you a larger crosshair.

As for the music, there's various ways to solve that. You can get music files compatible with Quakespasm from the download links at the top of this guide: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=119489135

If you want a more automated setup process, you could try http://neogeographica.com/site/pages/tools/quakestarter.html . That package comes with the Mark V engine but you can also use it with Quakespasm if you want.

Ya the crosshair doesn't seem to scale with resolution.

Would you know how to enable the cross hair? I don't even have one to begin with

It's an option in the Quakespasm menu I thought, but if not:

` or ~ for console/terminal window, then type
crosshair 1
hit enter

it should stay configured that way as long as you're using Quakespasm. It'll be pretty small if you're using a high resolution though - just barely visible, depending on your eyesight.
