Have an issue or want to report a bug? Read this first!

Trying to play Cannon Brawl and running into problems? We want to know! First check out the common issues thread in our Bugs And Support sub forum.

Then try to make sure you're on the latest version of CannonBrawl, restart Steam to force Cannon Brawl to update.

If it's not a common issue, and you're on the latest version, start a new thread in the Bugs and Support forum with this information:
1) ISSUE: Write down what happened, and what you think should have happened.
2) STEPS: Write down the steps you took to trigger the bug.
3) SPECS: Email us ([e-mail]) or upload and link us to your DxDiag.txt. This file will tell us your hardware and drivers. Here's how to get it:
a) Click the Start button, type dxdiag in the search box, and then press ENTER.
b) Click the "Save All Information..." button at the bottom of the window that comes up.
c) Send us the DxDiag.txt that you save.

Here's an example write up to model from:
ISSUE: Cinematic appeared on the screen, but didn't ever go away"
STEPS, Started level 2, built a diamond mine, went to my headquarters and pulled up the build menu right as the cinematics appeared
SPECS: Emailed my dxdiag.txt to you

With this information, it makes it easier for us reproduce and fix any issues.

ISSUE: Screen went black after what appears to be fighting to not go black, ie lines runing across the screen and then peaked and went black
Steps:Went to fullscreen in options before starting a game went black in the middle of the game i restarted the game and reinstalled allways want to start in fullscreen and black i can move around in menu but i can only hear it can't see anything.

I had a strange game were my attacks wouldn't destroy the enemy towers, there were all at low hp including his base but they didn't die, maybe I just lagged, I don't know.

Sounds like a desyncing issue. I'll be fixing those as fast as I can!

When i start the campain and just when i press "space" for the last time it says Cannon Brawl has exploded.

Same thing happends with online matches, when i have choosen a character so crashes my Cannon Brawl.

So the actual game is unplayable for me.

ISSUE: When i join a multiplayer match, there is just someone sitting in the lobby, not chosing a pilot, not chosing anything, and i keep getting matched with them. Essentially, i cannot play multiplayer because this person is just sitting there ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the whole thing up!

Exactly the same to me... evrything updated on my computer, so don't understand from where is the pb. Just bought a 2+Pack to play with friend....that's quite frustrating :/

I send an email like said in the crash report. Fix it plz ^^

I'm trying to play the campaign, but after the prolog where it says that the king has a daughter whom can help I get thrown out of the game and there are a note: Cannon Brawl Alpha 0.8.8 (1546) exploded! Follow instructions below:

All the crash on start bugs should be fixed now, restart steam to force Cannon Brawl to update. Remember if you have a crash, email me what it says in the error box so I can fix it!

Cannon Brawl seems to get confused with some input devices, I'm working on fixing this now!

In some of my matches there was a copy of the opponents ship flickering somewhere on the screen.

In one match I made the enemy main building sink with a drill but it kept a little hp and it fell off the bottom of the screen. The game still went on, but a few minutes later it said I had lost the connection to my opponent.

I also have had kablaaah's issue.
