But if that's not enough the room below is called "Isis' Anterior Chamber"
In case you missed both clues the fully upgraded map pretty much shows you where it is.
Go to the Temple of the Sun Grail Point. Work your way to the room to the left and drop down. You need to go to the lefthand room from there (note, if you haven't solved the puzzle that makes the light platforms appear do that first.) Once you're in the room, you'll have to fight a mini-boss called Buer. He's a six-legged lion thing that likes kicking you around.
Once you've killed him off, claim his loot. Exit to the left into the Inferno Cavern, then immediately re-enter the room (Note, you MUST exit and re-enter in order for the next part of the puzzle). At the top of the room where you just fought Buer, there's now a ceilingl you can break open with a few whacks of your Whip (or Axe).
A ladder will drop down allowing you access to the room where Isis' Pendant is located. Use the Hand Scanner on the tablet here with reader.exe equipped. This will cause a Dais to appear on the oposite side of the room. Drop a weight, and the treasure chest will open containing Isis' Pendant.
With Isis' Pendant, you can immediately warp to the Endless Corridor to turn in the quest, alowing you access to Fairies, which you'll find scattered around the ruins at varoius places. Once summoned, the Fairies will follow you around anywhere you go for a little while, even if you warp to another place in the game
Traysandor, I already found it, just wanted to know, what clues I missed, that should help you get there. Thanks.
Followup observation: The highest other god that you can find is Hathor, in the second row of the map. Therefore, Isis must be in a room in a row above that. You don't know yet which exact room or how to get there, though, but it's a start. Then...
Room name observation: The room that turns out to be below her is "Isis's Anterior Chamber", which suggests this is a good place to poke around for hidden exits. Looking at the map, in order to be in the row above Hathor, Isis herself would need to be somewhere above this room, so the ceiling would be a good place to check.
Backup plan: Fairies, while helpful, aren't *mandatory* for any required puzzle besides fighting the final boss. In a first playthrough, you can absolutely go without them until you have both pieces of map software and can see secret rooms clearly indicated on the map. Same goes for the axe, which like the fairies *can* be obtained early but a first-time player is somewhat unlikely to randomly stumble upon it.
One skeleton when scanned in the Guidance gate indicates that "there's a name for each room".
Another skeleton says: "how should I know the name of each room? ... I wish I had a map.".
So, that's kind of the start of it. Get a map, know the names of rooms. This also helps you with the puzzle relating to the Ankh in the guidance gate - as another skeleton has a message relating to finding the "Cliff of Radiance" beyond a door (and then muttering about maybe pushing that door. These set a precedent to puzzles relating to room names & the like - and knowing room names can come in handy in a few places.
Then there is the tablet you alluded to. I don't remember where it was, but I have the text written in my notebook: "Isis is perched higher then any other God at the temple of the sun."
So, yeah.. I can't remember any other clues, but those & using your noodle should be enough. That said, I didn't actually uncover the chamber until like... 20+ hours into my first playthrough as not having solved that puzzle wasn't really preventing me from progressing in other places.
Oh, and also - Some of the other rooms in the Temple of the Sun are named for the God/Goddess of the room, like 'Hathor's Room' or "Thoth's Room"... I think another room makes reference to Horus, so that could be another clue to look for a room that makes reference to Isis.
There are no hints for the gate of time. You are just supposed to be in the right place at the right time (a.k.a with a key fairy). But it is a bonus area, so that is alright. You do not need to go there to complete the game, but only for a few achievements (although the shortcut and the whip upgrade hidden there are really helpful).
There *are* hints for the key fairy points for Spaulder and Fairy Clothes, though.
I used the gate of time to access the upper part of the tower of godess and thought that was the only way to get there. Where was i really supposed to have gone?
While you can scan the spot where the gate would appear, before it does so, to get a hint about different-colored rocks (and it's maybe very slightly visually different to clue you in to this), that's about it as far as the game telling you there'll be a gate there.
I think you're just supposed to stumble on that by random "okay, what do I do now?" wandering. *Maybe* the various history lessons about the giants and the aqueduct and bringing the water to the tower might vaguely clue you in to look around watery places for a tower. But yeah, the existence of the Tower of the Goddess gate is not something that I recall any real hints for.
I guess i didnt try hard enough, maybe youre supposed to smash that tube like in metroid, or maybe i just failed some jumps? :P.
