At least that's what I read in the steam guide. Maybe we should check the code or something?
(but if it cumulates between run, hopefully I won't have to grind too much)
DeRockProject >> Well, I won't ask anybody to check the code itself, but... if some kind hearted fellow "had the time" to do so then I'd be grateful, of course :)
Still, I find it disappointing that Nigoro hasn't stated clearly how the achievements really triggers.
Also, I've checked the trophies completion rates from the PSN : "I love hot springs!" has been obtained by 1.5% of the game's owners. So that would make it an easier achievement than, say, "defeat Tiamat", whose completion rate is only 1.4%.
Needless to say it is much much more common than "All I need is one hand" and "All I need is one finger", both at 0.1% (probably rounded up).
I'm kinda bitter to be missing this achievement that looks like a no-brainer haha.
I'll try to spike me to near-death in Gate of Illusions, warp in Surface and refill my health bar a bunch of times. Hopefully it'll work.
Anyway, thanks for your opinions on the matter ! :)
And yet still nothing
EDIT : ooooo-kay, finally got it !
Can't confirm for sure what triggers it, but as I said, I kept spiking me to below 30HP in Gate of Illusion and then healed myself to full life in the hot springs.
Also, I was not paying a lot of attention so I don't know if the achievement popped up when I entered the spring, after I stayed in it for a moment, or after I was fully healed. It would have given us a clue about how it works :/
Least favourite of dem all trophies.
Oh, and I still haven't beaten all of the Time Attack challenges! Yourself?
It's only the second time in my life I hunt for achievements (saying the game was good !) but I won't go any further. I didn't even know "minimalist" run existed, I've watched some extracts on Youtube and it seems utterly cra-cra :o
(I couldn't find videos from anybody who actually finished this run, is it even possible ? Kudos to you if you manage !)
Same for the reverse boss mode.
And I haven't tried the Time Attack challenges neither. Not really into scoring though, and I thought it would be that.
I don't know if some TAS exist for these particular runs, but I'd be very interested in watching them at least ^^
Oh, also, what items do you absolutely need for minimalist run? I'm interested.
I saw a detailed list of the items required in a minimalist run in the following topic :
