Healing on save QoL mod

Hey I read a post made some time ago about a mod that heals you on the save points without the need to go to the fountain.

Going there every time I need to heal is a pain and doesn't really add anything to the game. Does anyone have the link to the mod or know if it's still functional?

Or if there was an option to at least heal on the village save point it would be wonderful (not to break any intended mechanics).
