Tower of Ruin spirits puzzle?

The state of my save:
I've found all items, except Magatama Jewel. I've beaten all bosses except Tiamat because 1 orb for some reason isn't lit (the other 10 are). Also can't figure out how to reach the top-right secret area in Dimensional Corridor. I don't have mantra.exe because no idea where to check.
I have no idea what to do first now. Any super vague hints?
I suppose I need to fill the vessel with medicine, but that statue in Tower of Ruin with the Goddess of Life (?) isn't filling it. Is it the same kind of a puzzle as the one about "5+1" witches gather for Baphomet - leave a certain amount of NPC on screens?
If it's not then what should I do first? Thanks

Previous question (Dance of Life hint):
I guess I am near the end of the game now lacking only a few usable items. I believe I am stuck because I need to get that so called "Golden Key" by performing a Dance of Life near the Skanda large clay doll. I've found a bunch of clues - a tablet showing exactly how the dance should be performed (looks like a guy with a sword 3 times left 3 times right then jump, but it doesn't work this way), a tablet saying "Dance in this place" and some info that tells it's connected to Skanda.
I think I've tried so many variants of dancing and I still cannot figure out how to do it.
Can someone give a veeeery vague hint of what / how to do it? Am I even on the right track?

WARNING, POSSIBLE SPOILER HINT BASED ON OLD VERSION OF GAME:

If I recall correctly, the dance was right right right, left left left, right right right, jump, attack or something like that. Maybe with the last two switched, or the directions reversed. I dunno.

The only way I remember this was that I had vague thoughts of turning this into a puzzlehunt involving dancing this in a Stepmania stepfile lol.

I haven't played far enough in the new version to know whether this is still the solution.

Basically the whole Chamber of Birth is traversed and all chests are opened except one near Skanda and the path in this room

If you cannot get to Skanda's room (As you correctly guessed, he's the adorable giant clay golem that I'm using as my avatar)-- then you just need to keep exploring the Chamber of Birth.

As for the dance you must literally dance in the place where it says "dance in this place". It's pretty explicit.

Have fun! While you're exploring this place, perhaps trying the vocalized version of this song, or the MSX version of this song might make the journey more pleasurable?

I can get to Skanda room that has a locked chest I just can't dance properly~

Huh... you have the Cog of Soul, the Chamber of Birth is already filled with mud golems, you already know how to get into Skanda's Room, and you know where the correct place to praise life is? Just to be sure, the dance is attack left, attack left, attack teft, attack right, attack right, attack right, leap. After you've danced corectly the shell-horn will play. It needs to be done right in front of the tablet in Lakshmi's Room (just right of Ganesha).
