Key Fairy spots? (Can contain spoilers)

Okay, I've played this game several times, and I remember the Key Fairies having some unique optional puzzles to solve using them. Only thing is, I can't remember where all of them are.

I remember the following:
- One Key fairy in the Gate of Illusion to get Fairy Clothes.
- One Key Fairy in the Fish shop to unlock a software.
- One Key Fairy in either the Chamber of Extinction or the Chamber of Birth to access the secret level of the original La-Mulana.

Any tohers I can't remember?

Here's some information that might be helpful.


The fairy clothes do ruin an achievement if you get those before HELL TEMPLE btw, and the software combination to get a key fairy every time is Miracle Witch+Mekuri Master

Miracle Witch is in a shop in Verdandi's Tower that you need the Lamp of Time to enter. Mekuri Master is hidden in a secret tent built into the cliffside of the surface next to Goddess' Waterfall.

That last one was in the Chamber of Extinction.

There is another atop Skuld's Tower in the weapon weilding goddess' room.

Another to unlock HELL TEMPLE.

And lastly, to solve a block puzzle in HELL TEMPLE.
