Ahh, didn't realize they were in order. With no other reference to either gem, all I had to go on was "The (...) signifies 'affection'.", with either one a credible fit for the available space. So I guessed (incorrectly, as it turned out, had to reset).
I had fallen there before though you're right, I didn't have the tablet written down. It does clarify which solution to the Medicine puzzle is correct. There's another that points to it as well ("no harm") but as mentioned I was initially thrown off by the number of fairies in that room vs. the "only one" hint.
I did see that particular hint from Mulbruk, but I think I had already solved that puzzle entirely by mistake. It seemed like it accepted the correct ones and undid the wrong ones, so I simply went around that floor a few times marking them and before long I had inadvertently solved it. I recognized the numbers as the symbols from the doors that connect different fields, and associated each one with that area but didn't realize each one was also representing a number until later.
Going back to this room now, it makes sense. In practice though I spent lots of time trying to make something happen in the elevator room with the Poseidon statue in the lower part of that side of the Twin Labyrinths.
Ha, I'll say. I was expecting Toujin to be a fearsome miniboss. And I kind of thought all along that the "white shimmer" was going to be the fairy clothes, but then I finally got them (at the very end of the game, after I'd already beaten all the tough bosses except the final one... doh!... I swear I had hit that fairy wall from that side before, too...) and realized that they didn't fit the description or implied function.
Here's another -- is it possible to reach the room on the Surface two above the grail tablet? Damage boost off the bird in the room to the right of it to just catch the bottom corner, I suppose, but is there a reason this room exists?
I meant Steam, as I think Hell Temple simply does not exist on the NA WiiWare version, even as DLC. I'll have to play through the whole game again otherwise in order to try it, which isn't the worst thing ever of course but I wanted my next go to be on the original freeware version. As far as the Steam remake goes I've got an up to date version as well as one I'm told is favored by speedrunners, 1.3.3.1.
Very much looking forward to the sequel. I actually backed it some time ago while being still in the early game of this one. I don't have a lot of time to play games these days and I didn't want to half-ass it, so it was back-burnered for years. Watching L-M 2 draw closer and closer to completion finally pushed me to clear my schedule and learn this game first.
You need to cheat to get there. Its also empty sky.
Here is a save with Hell Temple open.

Is there anything else you can find with torude scanning besides the two pieces of music software, that one hint about Mushussu, and mantra.exe?
I think the tablets I haven't figured out are mostly lore, but there are still these:
"Call forth the dragon that sleeps in this land. Follow the true flow, and the answer shall be entrusted to the dragon." Can't say the graphic looks much like Tiamat though, or the one-eyed / hundred-eyed.
Who is the "Goddess of the Mountain" (first Rosetta Stone type tablet)?
In Tower of the Goddes there is a mural in the room leading to Tower of Ruin, that when scanned with torude, tells you hint to get the VIY mantra. Its behind a brekable wall.
1st is about using the Key of Eternity on the lock in Endless Corridor.
2nd is about Kali.
Ha, I found that the first time I ever entered that room but I didn't recognize it as a mural, probably because of the bright spotlight. I was originally thinking that was where the mantra tablet was going to appear.
Huh, even in a purely metaphorical sense I don't see how the dragon applies. And Kali is Parvati? (Or at least some of the time? That clue about the multiple personalities was vague.)
How about developer rooms? I presume there must be others, but only found the one behind the statue in the Tower of the Goddess.
Kali is Parvati. I think Mulbruk tells you something about that.
Two more.
Gate of Illusion and Temple of Moonlight.
You can find them by breaking some walls.
