yeah the place i pre-ordered my key from canceled my order like an hour after the game came out, so when i bought the game from greenman i got no bonus. glad you guys are able to use it to get your bonus.

are you sure you have the game already redeemed, you can't redeem dlc without having the game in your library, or maybe your in a different region? i really wish i could help your further.

Thanks for this. It was bugging me in an OCD way that I didn't have them, even if it's relatively unimportant. I don't know if GMG or Konami messed up here, but I'm happy to have it.

I sent an email to Konami support before I figured out the steam db thing, and they responded a little bit ago saying that they have alot of people reporting this issue so it must be pretty common

So far I have only been able to get 1 of the novels out of 4, the audio downloaded, but the novels are still missing. I think were seeing the cracks showing in Konami at this point.

I have access to all 4 novels. They are all in the same menu so unsure how 1 is missing for you.

None of these approaches work for me. When I go to steamdb, these dlc's show as Owned already and I can't do anything. They also show as installed dlc in Steam Manage settings for the game, but in the game it says they aren't installed.

Maybe try unchecking then rechecking the music DLC if it's saying you own it. That may prompt it to update.
