[Bug] Cannon Reload ++ Missing

I am at 16/17 Ship Schematics and by cross referencing with guides ive come to the conclusion I am missing Reload ++
And according to several guides this is gotten from the North West island after doing the stone puzzle. Ive done this stone puzzle and it did NOT give me the reload schematic.

I am at 159/162 chests. The only thing I am missing is two Trinkets and the Reload ++

Any suggestions?

Cannon Reload ++ is earned from the puzzle stones in the maze looking island in the Sunset Isles region.
Can you double check if you have truly completed this puzzle?

Here is two screenshots one of my inventory and one standing next to a stone and its not blue but brown which all other stones are.
I also have the achievement for doing all puzzles

Could you please mouse over the Cannon Reload blueprint and let us know what it says?
There are two Cannon Reload blueprints and we want to confirm which one you have.

Hmm, this should not have been possible...

If you do not pick up the puzzle stone chest reward, the puzzle will not be marked as complete.
If you had picked it up and not saved the game, you would have loaded to a state before the puzzle was completed too.

There should not have been a scenario where the puzzle stones are completed, but you do not have the item. This is very strange indeed.

Could you please email your save file to [e-mail] so we may have a closer look at this issue?
