this game recent update make me harder to aim

-I cannot aim for more accuracy in 1 pixel anymore. 
*Does the game update the mouse acceleration: on??
-I feel like the developers just updated the 'smooth mouse' effect
*it feels like I'm looking at motion blur;
it's aim feel so 'unnatural'.
