how many players per match?
is it a server map like greyzone, or matches like tarkov?

Depends where your server is, but every match I played I heard shots. Its up to you how you choose to approach that. You can visit smaller pois and probably rarely come across players, or you can go for forts and such and pvp most likely.

but is it a match where you load to enter and extract to a menu like tarkov, or is it a server like grayzone warfare?

Tarkov, you hoard items and sell them if you wish

Like EFT but The raids are constant, 25 players per raid, teams of up to 5. Usually find a raid in less than 5 seconds, at most 15. Once released finding a raid may take a little longer.

So basically if it's only 25 players, it's not a MMO like described

It's up to 25 at a single time, but people do load in and out of it since it's persistent. The MMO tag could also be considering the fact that the Homestead (auction house and etc.) is a large market that all players have access to at the same time to trade.

Beyond that, there's plenty of things in development that will be added which will likely expand on this aspect of the game.

By definition an MMO only needs 2 or more players, because the first M for Massively is a depiction of the game world itself, although traditionally yes, there are a large group of players in most MMOs. With that said, if enough people are active, and you're in a raid long enough, the odds of you running into over 25 different people seem relatively high.
