i think it's one of the negatives thing in the game
We believe this approach offers a good balance between allowing you to explore the world at your own pace while also immersing you in the storyline and your mission as part of the creature-saving crew of Aleph Corporation.
Please note that AT NO POINT DO WE BLOCK THE PROGRESSION OF THE MAIN OR SIDE QUESTS. Only some minor collectibles might become inaccessible after advancing certain parts of the game.
This improper reaction by the studio is unacceptable.
I'm glad for the warning, but it'd be handy if it said if we had X number of lanterns ect left to find. So we know we have everything before leaving a zone, I've been rubbing my face on every inch of the jungle paranoid I may have missed something before I leave.
But locking the achievements like this sucks. If the game bugs out on you (like in my game where a transport bot thing didn't spawn and made it so I couldn't collect enough Musi to 100% the entry) it means starting a whole new playthrough to 100% the game.
Thank you, I spotted that afterwards x
