Are the collectibles bugged?

For the record, I’m playing the PC Game Pass version of the game.

I’ve come across a health pickup, a stamina pickup and a backpack pocket so far. The first let me pick it up twice, the second three times, and the latter a whopping four times. So off of one collectible spawn for each, I already have upgraded health, a better backpack and am halfway on my way to a new one, and an improved stamina bar.

It seemed wrong that I was able to grab these items more than once, so I checked here, and it seems like this was not intended behavior. Is this going to mess up my game? I’m debating whether I should restart since I’m only about an hour in or keep playing and hope I don’t cause some kind of error if I collect more pickups than I’m supposed to be able to.
