Follow the quests in order and you'll see that there is actual order to it. At least in recent times. The progression is amazing.
Probably because Warframe draws inspiration from, among other things, the tokusatsu genre?
ye still a mess, better in some places, but you still will need help/guidance if you want a clean step by step guide through all the content. The game will try to show you a bunch of it, but plenty gets overlooked until you peek your head into it then the game goes "oh, btw, now that you are here, this is how this works" and even then not everything is clear.
I still recommend giving it a go, even if you have to peek at a guide or youtube from time to time
So new players dont should have both frames? lol
