They can't do it anymore. New War trashed the map, and they put all the rewards into a different event for the in-story canon reason. Production reason, the map is too congested now and it'll take too much time to devote fixing time for an event that people barely played, anyways. Besides, they deleted all the cheese to do it quickly, so it's a slog to play.

So... where's the half-bat wing syandana and companion customization pieces? Those two were specifically mentioned for Naebarus, and the Lotus skin for the next update.
