Warframe Deleted my old account

I stopped playing around the plains of idelon or elidon update or whatever it was called, and i reinstalled and came back today but when i tried putting my email and password in i found out my old account was deleted, literally, seriously, i had to make a new account using my same old email just to get access to the game and to go to support on their webpage.

Did a new update delete old accounts or something? or was i hacked and someone deleted my account while i was not playing? i had so much good stuff too, i had a lot of prime warframes and prime weapons every type of those dog and cat creatures even the mutant dog one, i grinded the full set of stalker gear and of my prime gear tho i do remember buying a bunch of stuff to like the orthos prime and nikana prime i remember paying for those aswell as my fav warframes nekros prime and ember prime but my fav back then was nidus that i did grind for, that being said all of that is all gone now because my account was deleted.

(p.s. if your wondering why i don't have any time on warframe on steam its because i don't play it on steam)

And now im back in warframe with a blank account and none of any of the stuff i had before, losing nekros prime, ember prime and nidus my top 3 most played frames and my prime gear that took months to grind or find someone to trade with that had them.

Why did warframe delete my account? and why must i do every all over again to get back to where i was? has anyone else had this same problem?

Well cross-save isn't in the game yet, so if the old account was on a different platform like playstation or xbox then there's your problem. If it was on pc then most likely your account was hacked and deleted. They never delete your account, only temp-ban if it's been inactive for a while.

OK just letting everyone know it was on PC i didn't play console and tho i did upgrade my PC since last i played warframe, it didn't even recognise my account as being a actual account so until this is fixed or if someone did hack it im stuck with this damn noob account... i had so much stuff to, this really sucks.

They never delete accounts as far as i know. You either put the wrong credentials, or you were hacked and someone else changed your credentials, or your account was banned temporarily(they do this to prevent them being hacked in the first place) however in this case you would have wrote that, so i doubt it.

Just letting you guys know i fixed the issue, what happen is my account was somehow rolled back to a previous state for some unknown reason and i had to use my old email address to get in even tho i updated my account to the new email the game did not register that, and for why i said my account was rolled back is that some of my stuff was missing.

What stuff was missing? my Loki prime, Limbo prime, Mirage prime, Rhino Prime and a few weapons (mostly prime weapons) also what REALLY SUCKS is that i lost my Excalibur Prime.... yes i was one of the few people to have him but now I WILL NEVER GET HIM BACK ... EVER!!!! because as most vet players know there is no way to get him ever again also seeing as i did not play for 3 years there is a lot of new stuff ...

Well new stuff to me, like Nechramechs, being able to use your Archgun on normal missions, Railjack rework, the fact you now don't have to cryo freeze your pets or use stimulants to keep them alive, also the new frames i never heard of before now Khora, Lavos, Sevagoth, Protea, Guass, Hildryn or Grendel so yeah wonder if those frames are good?

Also i like the Deimos pets or the vulpa- whatever they are called because they can't die and that is a great change for pets or companions (also i got crescent version first and Panzer 2nd but like Panzer better) also there are these hound pets now but i have not got them yet cause you get them from lich's and before i started back i did not know what a lich was in warframe so wonder what hound pets are like?

So yeah i'm back in the game now even tho i'm missing some of my stuff .... LIKE MY EXCALIBUR PRIME!!!! or loki prime cus he is highway robbery to buy again but at least i got the game working again and i got all this new stuff to look forward to maybe that will ease my loss.

But yeah i'm back in the game now so ... yay i geuss?
