violence's silence affects koumei's attacks

it has been close to a month since koumei is out and violence's silence still does not just lock out abilities but koumei's primary, secondary and melee attacks as well. i'm guessing it is because of her passive and it is considered an ability?. the silence has a radius, from what i understand, but even if you go out of the radius, it still locks her attacks. either i have to wait for a seconds for it to dissipate or i die. and the most frustrating part is when it bugs out and the effect doesnt end at all making endless runs cut shorter. i also noticed it also bugs out valkyr's 4th ability that when you kill violence while still affected by silence, valkyr sometimes cannot melee anymore or do primary and secondary.
either fix koumei's passive not being affected by silence, or can be used again if away from the silence radius, or better yet, just remove violence's silence ability as it really is just buggy.
