My Apostasy prologue mission wont unlock

i have completed both the apostasy prologue missions prerequistes , of complete the harrowing quest and i have access to my personal quarters side of the ship. yet the apostasy prologue mission still wont unlock. please help. maybe i need to try to reinstall the personal quarters seagment? if so where can i go for that?

Hi,

from what I see on the wiki :
- the quest is not started from the usual quest page from the codex. It is started directly by interacting with a glowing orb in the personal quarters
- try relogging ?
