Cavia standing broken in most recent update?

Steel path cavia bounty listed at 7500 standing for completion but only gave me 2000 standing multiple times. I tried the max non-steel path bounty aswell which was listed as 5000 standing but it only gave me 1000 standing. I'm not capped I have 21500/30500 daily standing remaining for the cavia.
