Glaive throwing issue

After update, when holding down the spacebar, the glaive ain`t throwing as always. Now I need to press and release the space bar, otherwise the glaive will not throw

I also had issues trying to throw glaives but in air. It seemed to work normally while on the ground but I couldnt aim glide and throw the glaive.

I have this issue as well. Can't throw while holding the spacebar now for some reason.
