As the title says. When standing in an eximus' laser, despite having energy with brief respite it seems to instantly kill you ignoring said energy.

Can you survide deacons in the 3rd mission for the archons? They have a specific attack that takes a while to charge and will kill you regardless.

Seems so, I’ve noticed it ignores a whole bunch of non conventional tanking mechanics and abilities.
