Jupiter to Europa junction "craft a warframe specter" don' t count even if it' s crafted.

I would like to help a friend who is stuck in his game because of that well known bug that' s still in the game after 4 years. He tried everything but didn' t succeed.
Is there any way that he can pass this glicth and resume his journey ?

Did your friend build a warframe specter (phase, vapor, etc.) that you need to set a loadout for when building, or one of the myriad other types of spectres (Clem clone, corrupted lancer, moa, shield osprey, ancient healer, etc)?

The requirement is a Warframe specter. None of the others count.
Rescue targets award those blueprints, if your friend doesn't have one.
