Energized Munitions & Azima's Alt-fire

The ammo efficiency buff no longer applies to the alt-fire of the Azima...
I suspect due to the ammo economy overhaul and the way that ammo efficiency actually works having been modified.

Really, REALLY sucks. Was legit the only reason to use to Azima, IMO... The way it fires makes it useless unless on totally flat ground, so it was quite situational.
Without the ammo efficiency of the warframe ability Energized Munitions, those disks just don't last nearly long enough to make good use of.

All the more frustrating, since there's a melee weapon that does the same thing but better, for longer, with no ammo consumption whatsoever.

And even prior to this overhaul ruining the pairing, the buff didn't make it consume LESS ammo when alt-firing... Just multiplied the effective ammo in the magazine.
Which meant alt-firing still ate huge chunks of ammo fast AF, but made those disks last longer to compensate when firing whilst the Energized Munitions effect was active.

Pls fix this, devbros.
