Railjack mods as client.

I have read somwhere that railjack mods I have installed should work when I am playing in session hosted by someone else. And while I noticed that for example "chance to not consume forward artillery shot" mod is working, "increased ordnance capacity" does not. Is there a list of mods that does not work as client or is this a bug?
